  • Consumer Agreement

    By selecting CREDIT CARD as a method of payment, you agree that you must be authorized to use the credit card presented as a method of payment. Prior to the purchase of any goods or services on our website, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. If RMT Buffet Catering LLC does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by RMT Buffet Catering LLC or its agents.

    Deposit/Cancellation/Refund Policy

    All deposits are to be made at the accepting of the stated contract/invoice. Deposit amount is determined by the final proposed amount on the stated contract/invoice accepted by the client from the caterer.

    Client must notify caterer of any changes to the menu, location, amount of guests or amount of items five (5) days prior to the event in order for the caterer to make necessary adjustments as it pertains to services and fees. Any changes made within 5 days of the scheduled event will be subject to additional fees as it pertains to additional costs to the caterer.

    Cancellations of any event by the client must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the event in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. For any cancellation made by the client within 7 to 28 days prior to the event, the client’s deposit will be returned minus a 20% Hold fee. For any cancellation made by the client within 5 days prior to the event, the client’s deposit is non-refundable.

    Only FULL PAYMENTS will be accepted for any contract made within 28 days of the event.

    Only 20% of all Full Payments will be considered deposit and will be subjected to deposit policy.

    Cancellations made by the caterer will result in a full refund of total deposit to the client.

    Any postponed dates are stated in this contract. Additional dates are available at the discretion of the caterer and are to be discussed prior to the date of the event.
